Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions are intended to define the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and its members and other necessary matters in relation to the use of the website builder service and related services provided by the site name.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows.
  • The term "member" means a customer who accesses the company's site name, enters into a use contract with the site name in accordance with these terms and conditions, and uses the "service" provided by the site name.
  • The term "ID" means a combination of letters and numbers determined by the "member" and approved by the site name for the identification of the "member" and the use of the service.
  • The term "PASSWORD" means a combination of letters or numbers determined by the "Member" itself to confirm that it is a "Member" consistent with the "ID" granted by the "Member" and for confidentiality purposes.
  • The term "paid service" means various website construction services and various services provided by the site name for a fee among the "service".
  • The term "post" means text, photos, videos, various files, links, etc. in the form of information such as signs, texts, voices, sounds, videos, etc. posted on the service by members in using the service.
Article 3 (Description and explanation and amendment of terms and conditions, etc.)
  • The site name will post the contents of these terms and conditions on the initial screen of the service so that "members" can easily understand them. However, the contents of the terms and conditions can be viewed by "members" through the connection screen.
  • The name of the site may be amended to the extent that it does not violate the relevant laws such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Information and Communication Network Act").
  • Where the site name is revising the terms and conditions, it shall be announced from 7 days before the date of application to the day before the date of application along with the current terms and conditions by specifying the date of application and the reason for the amendment. However, if the contents of the terms and conditions are changed unfavorably to the members, it shall be announced with a preliminary grace period of at least 30 days. In such cases, the site name shall clearly compare the contents before the amendment with the contents after the amendment and mark it so that the user can understand it easily.
  • If a member disagrees with the changed terms and conditions, he/she may request termination and withdrawal of the terms and conditions, and if he/she continues to use the service without expressing his/her intention after 7 days from the effective date of the changed terms and conditions, he/she shall be deemed to have agreed to the changes.
  • Matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be subject to the relevant laws and regulations.
Article 4 (Providing and changing services)
  • In principle, the site name is to provide "service" 24 hours a day, 24 hours a day.
  • The name of the site may change all or some of the services provided according to operational or technical needs, if there are reasonable reasons. Where there is a change in the contents, method of use, and hours of use of the service, the reasons for the change, the contents of the service to be changed, the date of provision, etc. shall be posted on the initial screen of the relevant service at least seven days before the change.
  • The site name may modify, suspend, or change some or all of the services provided free of charge for the purpose of the company's policies and operations, and shall not be compensated to the members unless otherwise specified in the relevant laws.
  • If the change of the "paying service" is significant or unfavorable to the "member", the site name shall notify the "member" receiving the "paying service" to the "member" by the method prescribed in Article 9 (notification to the member). At this time, the site name shall provide the pre-change service to the "member" who has refused consent: Provided, That if it is impossible to provide such service, the service may be stopped or the contract may be stopped, and in such cases, the refund shall be made pursuant to Article 17(4).
  • The site name may temporarily suspend the service at a time when regular inspections or upgrades to the system are required, and the service suspension due to scheduled work will be notified in advance on the company's website or in accordance with Article 9.
Article 5 (Disruption of Services)
  • The name of the site may temporarily suspend the provision of the service if there is a reasonable reason for the maintenance, replacement, failure, communication failure, or operation of information and communication facilities such as computers. In such cases, the name of the site shall be notified in advance on the company's website or by the method prescribed in Article 9 (notification to "members"): Provided, That if there is an unavoidable reason why the name of the site cannot be notified in advance, it may be notified after the fact.
  • If the "paid service" cannot be provided due to the conversion of the business item, abandonment of the business, etc., the site name shall notify the "member" in the manner prescribed in Article 9 (notification to the member) and compensate the "member" according to the conditions set forth in the original site name.
Article 6 (Membership)
  • The "user" applies for membership registration by filling in the membership information in accordance with the subscription form set by the site name and expressing his or her intention to agree to these terms and conditions.
  • The name of the site shall be registered as a member unless it falls under any of the following among users who have applied to join as a member as in paragraph (1).
    • Where an applicant has previously lost his/her membership pursuant to Article 8 (3) of these Terms and Conditions
    • If there is false, missing, or misrepresentation in the registration content
    • Where it is deemed that registration as a other member is significantly hindered by the description of the site name
  • The time when the membership contract is established is when the approval of the site name reaches the "member".
  • "Members" shall notify the site name of any changes registered at the time of membership registration by means of modification of membership information, etc. within a considerable period of time.
Article 7 (Change of Member Information)
  • A "member" may view and modify his/her personal information at any time through the personal information management screen: Provided, That ID, etc. necessary for service management cannot be modified.
  • "Members" shall notify the site name of changes made online or by e-mail or other means if any changes are made when applying for membership.
  • The site name shall not be responsible for any disadvantages caused by notifying the site name of the changes in paragraph (2).
Article 8 (Withdrawal from membership and loss of qualification, etc.)
  • "Members" can request withdrawal from the site name at any time, and the site name handles withdrawal immediately
  • Where a member falls under any of the following reasons, the name of the site may restrict or suspend his/her membership.
    • If false information is registered at the time of application for membership
    • Where a member fails to pay on the due date for the use of the site name service and other debts borne by the member in connection with the use of the site name service
    • In the case of threatening the e-commerce order, such as interfering with the use of other people's site name services or stealing such information
    • Where an act prohibited by Acts and subordinate statutes or these terms and conditions or contrary to public order and morals is committed using the name of the site
  • After the site name restricts or suspends membership, if the same action is repeated more than once or the reason is not corrected within 30 days, the site name may lose its membership.
  • f the name of the site loses its membership, the membership registration will be canceled. In this case, the members will be notified and given an opportunity to explain at least 30 days before the membership is canceled.
Article 9 (Notification to "Members")
  • If the site name notifies "Member", it can be done by electronic means such as an e-mail address designated by the "Member" and the site name in advance, and a pop-up window when logging in.
  • In the case of notification of the entire "member", the site name may be replaced by the notification under paragraph (1) by posting it on the bulletin board of the site name for at least seven days: Provided, That individual notices shall be given to matters that have a significant impact on the transaction of the "member" himself/herself.
Article 10 (Service Use Contract)
  • The "Service" use contract is concluded by the "Member" applying for the use of the "Service" in accordance with the procedure set forth by the site name and the site name agrees to such an application.
  • The name of the site may not accept the application for the use of the service of a "member" or may terminate the use contract after the fact if it falls under any of the following.
    • Where the applicant has previously lost his membership under these terms and conditions
    • In the case of not having a real name or using someone else's name
    • If false information is written or the contents presented by the company are not written
    • Where a child under the age of 14 does not obtain the consent of a legal representative (parent, etc.) when entering "personal information" prescribed by the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc
    • Where it is impossible to approve due to reasons attributable to the user or where an application is filed in violation of all other prescribed matters
  • In the event of failure or reservation of the use of the "Service" pursuant to paragraph 2, the site name shall, in principle, notify the "Member" of it in the manner prescribed in Article 9 (notification to the "Member").
  • The time of establishment of the use contract shall be when the site name confirms the conditions of acceptance, etc., indicating the conclusion of the contract in accordance with the procedures of the "Service" use contract, or by notifying the "Member" in accordance with Article 9 (notification to the "Member").
  • The site name must be notified before signing the contract that the minor or legal representative may cancel the contract if he/she does not obtain consent from his/her parents or if he/she does not obtain approval after signing the contract.
  • The site name can be differentiated by dividing the number of uses and service menus according to the company policy for "members".
  • The name of the site may be reserved if there is no room for "service" related facilities, or if there is a technical or business problem.
Article 11 (Restriction on Service Use)
  • Where an act corresponding to the termination of the "service" use contract under Article 12, Paragraph 1 is performed
  • Where the service usage fee of the "member" has not been paid
  • The site name may be limited in stages to warning, suspension, or termination of the contract if the "Member" violates the obligations of these Terms and Conditions or interferes with the normal operation of the service.
  • Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the name of the site may be terminated immediately in case of violating relevant laws, such as name theft and payment theft in violation of the "Resident Registration Act", provision and operation of illegal programs in violation of the "Copyright Act" and "Computer Program Protection Act", illegal communication and hacking in violation of the "Information and Communication Network Act", distribution of malicious programs, excess access rights, etc. In the event of termination of a contract under this paragraph, all benefits obtained through the use of the service will be extinguished, and the company will not compensate for this separately.
  • The site name may be restricted from use for the protection of member information and the efficiency of its operation if a free member continues to log in for more than 12 months.
  • The company shall comply with the conditions and details of the restriction within the scope of the use restriction of this Article as prescribed by the use restriction policy, etc.
  • In the event of restricting the use of the service or terminating the contract pursuant to this Article, the Site Name shall be notified in accordance with Article 9 (Notification to Members).
Article 12 (Termination of Service Use Contract)
  • "Members" shall not.
    • Registration of false information at the time of application or change
    • Use of other people's information
    • Change the information published in the site name
    • Transmission or publication of information other than information specified by the site name (computer program, etc.)
    • Infringement of intellectual property rights, such as site names and other third-party copyrights
    • Activities that damage the name of the site and other third party's reputation or obstruct the work
    • Disclosure or posting of obscene or violent messages, images, voices, or other information contrary to public order and morals on the site name
    • Search engine spam, doorware pages, pages that are very similar to other services, etc. that are significantly low or poor in content and do not provide a clear added value to users
    • Activities that are contrary to or inconsistent with the content principles separately stipulated by the company
    • The act of lowering the quality of service by uploading or executing a program that may impair the performance of the service
    • 기타 불법적이거나 부당한 행위
  • "Members" shall observe the relevant laws, the provisions of these terms and conditions, the guidelines for use, and the matters notified by the site name, etc., and shall not interfere with the business of the site name.
  • A "member" may file an objection to the cancellation, termination, and restrictions on the use of the site name in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the site name. In this case, if the site name recognizes that the objection is justified, the site name will immediately resume the use of the service.
  • If the "Member" terminates the contract, all data on the website you own will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
Article 13 (Provision of Information)
  • The name of the site may provide "members" with various information deemed necessary for the use of the service by means of public notice or e-mail: Provided, That the "members" may refuse to receive the service at any time through e-mail, etc., except for information related to transactions under the relevant Act, answers to customer centers, etc.
  • Where the information referred to in paragraph (1) is to be transmitted by telephone or simulated transmission equipment, it shall be transmitted with the prior consent of the "member".
Article 14 (Copyright of Post)
  • The copyright of the "home page" and the "post" in the "home page" produced by the "member" through the use of the "service" belongs to each corresponding author, and the copyright and intellectual property rights for the "service" belong to the site name.
  • "Homepage" and "posts" in "Homepage" produced by "Members" through the use of "Services" may be exposed to "Services" and related promotions provided by the site name, and may be partially modified, duplicated, edited and posted to the extent necessary for such exposure.
  • Where the site name intends to use the "home page" and "post" in the "home page" of the "member" by any means other than paragraph (2), it shall notify the "member" in advance by the method referred to in Article 12 to obtain consent.
  • Copyright and other intellectual property rights for works created by the site name belong to the site name.
Article 15 (Management of Posts)
  • Where a post of a "member" contains content that violates relevant laws, such as the "Information and Communication Network Act" and the "Copyright Act", the right holder may request the suspension and deletion of the post in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the relevant laws, and the name of the site and the "member" shall take measures in accordance with the relevant laws.
  • The name of the site may take temporary measures against the relevant post in accordance with the relevant laws if there is a reason for the infringement of the right or violates other company policies and related laws, even if there is no request from the right holder under the preceding paragraph.
Article 16 (The attribution of rights)
  • Copyright and intellectual property rights for "services" belong to the company: Provided, That the posts of members and the works provided under the partnership agreement are excluded.
  • The name of the site only grants members the right to use their accounts, IDs, contents, etc. according to the terms of use set by the company in relation to the service, and the "member" shall not transfer, sell, provide collateral, etc.
  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Site Name shall have the right to determine the ownership of the user's content or user platform in such a way as to ignore the above description, if the Site Name determines that the situation is reasonable to make such a decision based on actual circumstances.
Article 17 (Refund)
  • The site name guarantees a refund for a paid service for 14 days. This period may be extended under law. Refunds do not apply to further purchases, upgrades, changes, or renewals of the site name service.
  • The refund amount may be different from the amount originally charged to you due to currency exchange and third-party fees. We are not responsible for the difference arising from the site name payment fee or the fee due to the paid services provided by third parties.
  • After the refund period, the charges you have paid are nonrefundable and non-cancellable. Furthermore, if we find that the cancellation notice is actually due to an impure intention or illegal attempt to avoid payment for the services received and enjoyed, we shall still have the right to claim from the user who provided such notice for any site name service actually received, as permitted by law.
  • The site name guarantees a full refund paid by the member if the service is not performed or normal use is not available because the company cannot compensate or correct defects in the agreed "paid service".
  • The site name may be terminated under Articles 5, 11, and 12, or the "Member" may terminate the "Paid Service" use contract, but the fee will not be refunded unless required by law.
  • The company proceeds with the refund in the same way as the payment, and notifies you in advance if the refund is not possible in the same way as the payment. However, in the case of a payment method that requires confirmation of payment, a refund shall be made within three business days from the date of confirmation of payment.
Article 18 (Compensation for damages to members due to temporary suspension of services, etc.)
The site name should make reasonable efforts to provide the maximum monthly operating hours during the period of providing the "paid service" to the customer. If the service responsibilities included in the "paid service" are not met, the customer may claim the following defined service compensation plan through customer support, etc. Provided, That the hours of regular inspection, etc. notified in advance are not included in the calculation of the monthly operating hours.
  • If monthly downtime occurs for more than 3 hours, compensation will be made after consultation within 5 times the amount calculated by multiplying the average daily rate for the last 3 months (applicable period if less than 3 months) by the number of service downtime divided by 24.
  • Compensation will be paid within three business days after the completion of the compensation agreement.
Article 19 (Duty to Protect Personal Information)
  • The name of the site shall endeavor to protect the personal information of "members" as prescribed by the relevant laws and regulations, such as the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc." and the "Personal Information Protection Act". Regarding the protection and use of personal information, the relevant laws and regulations on the processing of personal information of the site name and the policy on the processing of personal information of the site name shall not apply to linked sites other than the official site of the site name or the "home page" managed by the "members".
Article 20 (Duty of Site Name)
  • The name of the site shall not be prohibited by laws and conditions or contrary to public order and morals, and shall do its best to provide "service" continuously and reliably as prescribed by these terms and conditions.
  • The site name should be equipped with a security system to protect users' personal information (including credit information) so that "members" can use the "service" safely.
  • The name of the site shall deal with any opinions or complaints raised by the "member" regarding the use of the service if deemed justifiable, and shall deliver the process and results to the "member" through the use of the bulletin board or e-mail.
  • The site name shows the following matters in an easy-to-understand manner for the "member" to the initial screen of the "paid service" or its packaging, FAQ, etc.
    • Name or number of paid service
    • Contents of paid services, methods of use, usage fees, payment methods, and other conditions of use
    • Available devices and minimum technical specifications required for use
  • The site name may request the submission of information and related documents within a certain range determined by the site name to verify the identity information of the "member", and may provide the information when a request is received from an competent authority, etc. in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
Article 21 (Obligation to "ID" and "password" of "members")
  • Except in the case of Article 19, the "member" is responsible for the management of the "ID" and "password" of the "member".
  • "Members" shall not allow third parties to use their "ID" and "password".
  • If a "member" recognizes that his "ID" and "password" are stolen or used by a third party, the site name shall be notified immediately, and if there is any guidance on the site name, it shall be followed accordingly.
  • In the case of paragraph 3, the site name shall not be responsible for any disadvantages caused by the failure of the "member" to notify the site name or to follow the site name guidance even if the "member" has notified the site name.
Article 22 (Limit of Liability)
  • Site names are exempt from responsibility for providing the "Service" if they are unable to provide the "Service" due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
  • The site name shall not be responsible for any obstruction in the use of the service due to reasons attributable to the "member".
  • The site name shall not be responsible for the information, data, reliability of facts, accuracy, etc. posted by the "Member" in connection with the "Service".
  • Site names are exempt from liability in the case of transactions between "members" or between "members" and third parties through "services".
  • The Site Name shall not be responsible for the use of free services unless otherwise specified in the relevant laws.
  • The site name does not guarantee the "members" expected to make use of the "services"; it also does not compensate for any damages related to this.
Article 23 (Appliance Act and Jurisdiction)
  • Matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant laws and regulations, and parts not specified in the law shall be governed by custom.
  • Litigation filed between the site name and the "member" shall be governed by Korean law.
  • A lawsuit regarding a dispute between the site name and the "member" shall be filed with the court having jurisdiction over the address under the Civil Procedure Act.
Supplementary Provisions (Enforcement Date) These terms and conditions will apply from May 11, 2021.
