[Press release] ADATA launches data collection and linkage solution 'SCV'

Date Created : 2022-10-27

ADATA(CEO Lee Dong-hyuk), a company specializing in big data projects, will introduce a solution that supports non-developers to perform data collection and linkage processes for the first time in Korea.

ADATA announced on the 27th that it will launch a no-coding-based intelligent big data collection and linkage solution called "SCV (Smart Collection Vehicle)."

SCV is a solution that supports users to collect necessary data at once through various OpenAPI. To this end, when a user creates information necessary for data collection through an intuitively designed GUI, SCV collects data collectively by executing multiple OpenAPI simultaneously by a preset task instruction (STML).

When using SCV, users can freely designate input/output conditions and collect desired data more simply and quickly without the need for developers to develop OpenAPI collection/linked software each time to collect data.

SCV also significantly improves data collection performance through data collection parallel processing, while applying AI technology that enables automatic data classification and profiling to automatically store data in a user-designated location.

In particular, SCV is designed to collect data not only from APIs, but also from DB, File, and Web, and it also provides a dashboard function that allows you to check the collection target and current status at a glance, enhancing management convenience.

In the meantime, there have been many experts' opinions that the process of data collection and linkage in the process of big data projects requires nearly 70% of the time and cost of the entire project.

Based on the history of performing a number of big data projects, Aidata has developed a technology that can professionally solve problems in the data collection and linkage process to solve this problem.

ADATA explained that the SCV, which will be released this time, will be able to solve the time and cost of data collection and linkage processes, which have been pointed out as chronic problems in big data projects.

"The flexibility of changing the data collection/linkage system due to the developer's job shortage has been pointed out as a chronic problem in the big data project process," said Kang Sung-hoon, director of the ADATA affiliated research institute. "We will support domestic and foreign big data projects and customers to build big data infrastructure efficiently with the launch of SCV."
